Meet The Ryan + Ryan Team
Maria and Libby formed Ryan + Ryan in 2009. a partnership merging their individual skills and work experience. Libby has an MBA from Cornell University and worked on Wall Street before transitioning to real estate in 1994, where she has maintained a storied brownstone sales experience for the team. Together, Libby, Maria, Joe, and Luther have embraced real estate as their full-time profession and serve as their clients' real estate advisors daily.
Maria is a licensed NYS attorney who worked as a prosecutor in the Bronx District Attorney's Office and also practiced commercial litigation before becoming a residential broker in 2008. Joe Ryan, a Park Slope native and Brooklyn College alum, joined the team in 2014, bringing a fresh perspective to the sale of luxury townhomes, co-ops, and condos. Graduate of Trinity University in Texas, Luther Hines joined the Ryan + Ryan Team in 2023, bringing over 13 years of residential and commercial real estate.
