Cobble Hill townhomes saw a drastic, 47% dip in the number of transactions from 2022 to 2023. However, with its beautiful Brownstone housing stock, proximity to transit as well as amazing commercial offerings on Smith and Court Streets, prices did not follow as people still realize how great of a place it is to live. In contrast, the median price only fell 9% from 2022.
